Holiday Hunger
A joined-up food delivery system that helps families get meals during school holidays while giving volunteers more time to care.
The challenge
Removing the admin burden behind every delivery.
Route planning, bag selection, stock control and driver allocation all needed to be automated. Preparing each holiday food delivery was taking an incredible amount of administrative time.
The team needed a system that connected the whole process, from family requirements and food supplies to the routes and drivers making deliveries.
The CharityVibe build
One system, less manual work.
CharityVibe removed the manual administration and created a joined-up system where data was entered only once. Time-consuming processes were reduced to minutes, making the whole operation easier to prepare and run.
The design and proof-of-concept stage went very well. Working closely together, we understood the system, tailored it to the charity's needs and fine-tuned the proof of concept into a wonderful working system.
