All Wrapped Up is a compassion ministry for a local church. Each year, more than 270 children receive Christmas presents and their families receive a food voucher.
Children are referred by social services or school FLOs. Before the portal, coordinating referrals, preferences, stock and volunteers meant a lot of manual work at the busiest time of year.
The CharityVibe build
A portal made for the whole team.
CharityVibe created an online portal for all referrers to enter family names, age ranges and preferences. The system then created a clear demand and stock profile for administrators planning the four-day All Wrapped Up season.
